For years, database work has lagged behind the rest of modern software development.
Application code evolved. Infrastructure became programmable. But databases? They were still managed through scripts, tickets, and shared credentials.
As teams scaled, the risks scaled with them: outages caused by manual changes, over-privileged access, audit scrambles, and knowledge trapped in a few people’s heads.
We built Bytebase to change that.
